Description

A high grade of NTA Liquid is manufactured by Shiv Chem industries since 1987.We are leading manufacture and Exporter of NTA liquid. NTA liquid is a Sequestering Agent or Chelating Agent. It is a Clear to pale yellow solution, soluble in water. It is produced by taking a reaction between NTA acid, caustic lye and DM water at higher temperature. NTA liquid is also called NTA solution, trisodium NTA liquid, trisodium NTA solution, liquid NTA, Nitrilo tri acetic acid trisodium salt solution or NL160.

Handling

NTA Liquid causes serious irritant to eyes and skin. While handling this product, please wear goggles, gloves and safety shoes. Handle with care, no hooks allowed. In case of large spillage wash it with plenty of water. In case of injury to skin, wash it with water and then wash thoroughly with neutral soap and water. Regardless of the seriousness of the case, medical attention should be sought.

Storage

NTA Liquid is stored in a cool dry place. Ensure proper ventilation in storage area. Keep them away from heat sources, direct sun light and moisture. It is stored in container made of, or lined with polyethylene, polypropylene or high density polyethylene.

Packing

NTA liquid is packed in 40 kgs Virgin HDPE carboy or 250 Kgs HDPE barrel /drum, tanker load or as per customer's requirement.

Applications

• NTA liquid acid is a chelating agent. It is used for water softening and as a replacement to sodium and potassium in detergents and cleansers.
• NTA liquid as a chelating agent removes Chromium, Copper, and Arsenic from wood that had been treated with chromated-copper arsenate.
• NTA liquid and its salts are used for removing unwanted inorganic impurities present in the system which helps in getting superior performance & cost saving.
• NTA liquid is used as a metal coupled in the manufacturer of copper Phthalocyanine.
• NTA liquid is indeed useful in fertilizers because it helps in enhancing the availability of essential metal ions like iron, zinc and copper to plants. These metal ions are critical for various plant functions, including enzyme activation, photosynthesis and overall growth.
• NTA liquid is used as a stabilizer for hydrogen peroxide and as a chelating agent in the production of metal-based catalysts.
